Project Overview
This project involved upgrading existing lighting systems to high-efficiency LED fixtures across key facility areas. The new design improves brightness, reduces energy consumption, and ensures compliance with local illumination and safety standards.
In addition, new emergency lighting systems were installed to provide backup illumination during power interruptions, ensuring safe evacuation routes and meeting building code requirements.

Scope of Work
- Lighting Replacement: Removal of old fluorescent fixtures and installation of new LED luminaires.
- Emergency Lighting: Installation of battery-backed exit and e-lights in accordance with fire code.
- Controls & Sensors: Integration of motion sensors, daylight controls, and dimming systems.
- Wiring & Distribution: New branch circuits, junction boxes, and conduit routing where required.
