Seoul Electric was founded on a simple belief: that hard work, integrity, and technical excellence can build something greater than electrical systems — they can build a legacy.
Seoul Electric began with one man's decision to start over. In Korea, founder Kee Park built his career as an electrical engineer, rising to chief supervising engineer in charge of construction supervision on major projects. In 2001, he immigrated to Canada and founded Seoul Electric — taking on residential electrical work across the GTA, one house, one panel, one satisfied homeowner at a time.
Word spread. Like-minded Korean-Canadian electricians who shared the same standard of craftsmanship and work ethic joined the team, and the company grew with them — from home wiring to commercial builds, and from commercial builds to large-scale industrial projects. Today, Seoul Electric is a proud IBEW union contractor, trusted on some of the most demanding jobsites in Ontario, including Canada's first large-scale EV battery plant.
The tools have changed. The projects have grown. The belief hasn't.
We're an IBEW union contractor — but more than that, our jobsites are staffed by our own proven in-house members. The electricians who represent Seoul Electric are people we've worked beside for years, held to a standard we set ourselves: nothing leaves our hands unless it's done right.
We plan around your production schedules, shutdown windows, and inspection timelines — because on a working site, downtime costs money. We build for real operating conditions, not just for drawings.
Design, installation, testing, commissioning, and long-term maintenance — all under one roof. When we energize a project, we stand behind it, from the first site visit to years after completion.

The Korean-Canadian footprint in Canada's construction industry is still small. We intend to change that.
