Project Description
EZ Golf is an indoor golf simulator facility. Seoul Electric delivered the full electrical scope from an empty space — service, distribution, lighting, dedicated simulator feeds, and life-safety systems — so the client could open for business with reliable, clean, professional infrastructure. The work included new panels, branch circuits for multiple high-load simulator bays, structured lighting for customer areas, emergency lighting and exit signage, and power for POS, server, and IT equipment.
Scope of Work
- Main service & distribution — installed new panelboards and ran feeders for the facility's new electrical load
- Simulator power — dedicated circuits for each golf simulator bay, including tracking cameras, projectors, sensors, and impact screen systems
- Lighting package — overhead lighting in play areas, accent lighting in the lounge and reception, and dimmable lighting in simulator bays for visibility and atmosphere
- Emergency lighting & exits — battery-backed emergency lights and exit signage for code-compliant, safe egress during outages
- General power — receptacles and circuits for POS, monitors and TVs, lounge equipment, kitchenette, and customer seating zones
- Low-voltage provisions — power for the network rack, security devices, and AV equipment (client-supplied systems)
- Testing & verification — circuit testing, load verification, breaker labeling, and a final walk-through before opening
- Inspection & sign-off — prepared documentation and supported ESA inspection for occupancy approval
Benefits to Client
- A turnkey electrical system ready for public use and day-one operations
- Clean routing and labeling for easier maintenance and future expansion — more bays, a bar, and beyond
- Code-compliant emergency lighting and exit signage that cleared occupancy approval
- One licensed contractor accountable for the entire scope, from empty space to opening day
